Shipping Policy
Shipping: Your Coffee Is Hitting the Trail
Every great adventure starts with a first step—and every great cup starts with fresh coffee making its way to you. The cost of sending your fresh roasted coffee on the trail is $6.95.
Once your beans are roasted, packed, and ready to go, we'll send your order out on the trail within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking information so you can keep an eye on your coffee's journey from our woods to your doorstep.
Sometimes the trail gets a little unpredictable. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may slow things down, but we'll always be here to help if your coffee takes the scenic route.
Until then, get your favorite mug ready. Your next adventure is almost brewed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns Without the Bear Attack
We want every bag of Ranger Woods Coffee to be part of a great adventure. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's an issue on our end, don't wander the trail alone—reach out to us! We'll work quickly to make things right.
Because coffee is a fresh, food-grade product, we generally cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if something isn't right with your order, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we'll do our best to find a solution.
